  It was my first time. Beautiful place. I had went with a group of friends. We didn't like that we waited so long for stuff. It was kinda packed. IDK if to say I would ever come back. Maybe maybe not. I will update on food after I leave.

  Long wait time which is expected at a Cheesecake Factory but all the area stores close early in West Hartford so unless you want to go to the book store you are stuck with a long wait. This CF seems to be more 'tightly packed' than others. Tables are so close together that when the waiter came to serve the tables on either side of us, we kept getting bumped. As far as the food and portions...Is the CF...It was great. I guess that is why we all overlook the wait and eating on top of other guests.

  I've been coming to this Cheese Cake Factory for a monthly meeting for the past seven years (not by my choice). The service is usually good and the staff is always friendly, but my first impression on the food has not been changed - their menu is a haystack in which people continually must search for the needle of a great meal... but only find mediocre dishes.
  
  It isn't that the food is bad, it's just that nothing ever wows me. For the prices they charge, I would like a little wow.
