  Short changed with my money back - I gave them a $10 bill and they said it was only a $5 bill, even though I'm sure. I asked to speak to a manager but there was none. I reached out to the owners on the website listed on a sign inside and I haven't heard back from them at all, and it's been several weeks. Customer loyalty should be a priority; I'm not going back.

  @ Ann Burgen; Wrong Dunkin' Donuts. That indecent happened at the Dunkin' Donuts across from Stop and Shop, so It would be unfair to bash this particular Dunkin' for this act.. Having said that, I loved this Dunkin' other then one experience I had this morning where I over heard one of the workers ask a customer If she had put on weight in front of the entire line. She ran out crying. What a way to treat a regular customer. The most important part of food sales Is quality In manners, service, and food. Up until today, this would have been a 5 star Dunkin' for me.
